What We’re Eating – Week of April 13

Rutabagas (AKA Swedes) are a hybrid between a turnip and a type of cabbage. They have a sweet flavor and are very versatile – think potato, but healthier! What’s more, they’re full of vitamin C and dietary fiber that’s good for your digestive system. Check out the recipes we’ve got lined up this week!
