What We’re Eating – Week of Feb. 2


Kick off your ski day with a heart-healthy breakfast! This week we’re using avocados, kale, apples, and salmon (all on special this week) to whip up three tasty and easy dishes.  Add a cup of fresh-squeezed orange juice or matcha latté and you’re set for the day!
