What We’re Eating – Week of June 29


It’s the most wonderful time of the year!  It’s time to enjoy the bountiful,  beautiful, fresh summer produce. Berries, cherries, greens and veggies! We received our first batch of cherries from the Okanagan and we’re excited to share some recipes for you to try out! Did you know? Cherries are nutritional all-stars! They are full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. They also have a low glycemic index, but did you need more reasons to indulge in cherry heaven this summer?
