What We’re Eating – Week of March 23


The buzz around kale has slowed down, but the outstanding  benefits this vegetable provides will last forever! Kale is high in fiber, high in iron (it contains more iron than beef!), is filled with powerful antioxidants and it’s a great anti-inflammatory! So if this wholesome vegetable isn’t already a regular part of your diet (or even if it is!), you can find it on sale this week  in our Produce Department and try some of these tasty recipes to incorporate kale into your life.
