Baked Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups reg oats
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, almonds, hazelnuts etc.
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup/honey/agave
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Make it

Mix together all ingredients and spread on a baking sheet.  Bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown and dry. Optional – fold in 1/2 cup dried fruit of your choice after the cooking process (…raisins, dried cranberries or apricots).

Serve with your dairy or non-dairy beverage of choice.
