Bliss Ball


  • 1 cup very stiff raw nut or seed butter (almond, peanut, etc)
  • 1 cup any dry fruit sliced into very small pieces
  • pinch of salt

Make It

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Make balls about walnut sized.

If the mix is too stiff to make balls, add a couple drops of water or vanilla. If the mix is too moist, add (a very small amount at a time) carob or cocoa powder, or powdered milk, or yogurt.

Optional: balls may be rolled in coconut shreds, sugar or cinnamon.
