Raw Chocolate Mousse
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 ripe avocados, depending on size, maybe 3
- 3 tbsp raw coconut oil
- 3 tbsp agave syrup and honey (as you like it) or a combo of agave and soaked dates or a combo of banana and agave etc.
- pinch of sea salt
- Mix in a food processor or blender until very smooth
- Pour into serving dishes and chill until required
- Makes a delicious pie filling as well!
