The season for fresh, local produce continues! This week we’re featuring collard greens which are packed with fiber and delicious vitamins. Don’t be dissuaded by their green leafy-ness  they can be quite tender and tasty when you get them local and fresh.

  • Okanagan Apricots
  • Arctic Char Fillets
