Pomegranate Pear Salsa


  • The seeds of one fresh pomegranate
  • 2 fresh D’Anjou or Bosc pears, cored and diced
  • Half a red onion, diced thin
  • 1/2 Cup of chopped fresh cilantro
  • The juice of half a lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, or enjoy on a baguette with your choice of soft cheese.
