Come one, Come all!
Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday September 12th. This year we’re pairing our AGM with an optional True Local Banquet, plus music, door prizes and chocolate tasting.
During the meeting, we’ll highlight some of the big accomplishments of the past year and the challenges we’re facing now. We’ll check in on our finances and choose new Board members. We’ll start off with a quick peek into the parts of the store we miss when we shop: a behind-the-scenes glance into a day in the life of our co-op, a quick look into the organizations and programs that we funded over the past year, and a peek into how organic and fair trade affect the cocoa industry as seen by Shannon, our staff member who traveled to Peru this past June.
Before the meeting we will host a True Local dinner, featuring seasonal foods from our True Local farms, catered by Alligator Pie. This is a chance to share a delicious meal with fellow members, staff and our Board, to reflect, connect, and dream about the future of our co-op. Register in advance for dinner, $15 per person.

7:00pm – Annual General Meeting begins!
8:30pm – Meeting adjourns, small group discussion continues, along with chocolate tasting.
