We will cover the basics of vegan cooking, how to choose nutrient-dense ingredients and meal plan. We will create easy and inspiring recipes that you will take home to integrate into your everyday life.

To keep classes personal and interactive, size is limited to 12 people.
Each class is $30 for members and $35 for non-members.
