Vegan Cooking part 1

This hands-on cooking class is designed for those looking to integrate more vegan meals into their everyday diet. Part 1 will cover the basics of vegan cooking, choosing nutrient-dense ingredients, meal planning, macronutrient balance, and shopping recommendations. We will create easy and inspiring breakfast and lunch recipes for you to build on at home and expand your repertoire.
