Easy Peasey Frozen Peachy
A really simple way to preserve peaches for extended enjoyment after the summer months is to freeze them, whole! Place your peaches on flat trays or muffin tins and put into the freezer. When they are rock hard place them into freezer bags to store, for up to six months. When you want to use a few and remove the skins, just run the still frozen peaches under cold water and the skins will easily peel away. Whilst still frozen, slice and cut up peaches for easy-peasey prep.
