From croissants and baguettes to double-ferments and enhanced breads, this class will show you how to make delicious sourdough baked goods with your fermented starter. If you are an experienced baker, familiar with bread basics like kneeding and rising, but have not yet baked with sourdough, please feel welcome to sign up as the basic steps of sourdough baking will be covered. This class does not include a meal, but we will have snacks and a starter for you to take home, so please bring a jar!
