Basic Sourdough – FULL

Learn how to make your own sourdough starter and care for it. Discover this traditional fermentation technique to make baked goods more nourishing and digestible than whole-grain products made with commercial yeast. You will learn how to work and shape artisan loaves, and we will also make sourdough crackers. This class does not include a meal, but we will have snacks and a starter for you to take home, so please bring a jar!
